Plain terms for every GoaWala booking: what you pay now, what you pay later, how to cancel and when refunds arrive.
Booking
- Prices are shown in rupees, per person or per booking as stated on each listing, before you pay. The price shown is the price you pay.
- Dinner cruises and other pay-at-the-venue experiences: pay ₹100 per person online by UPI or card to confirm; the rest is paid at the venue on the day.
- Private yachts are priced for the whole boat: 50% is paid online to confirm and the rest on board.
- Your booking is confirmed when the online payment succeeds: the voucher and booking code arrive by email straight away. Show the code on your phone when you arrive.
- GoaWala is an authorised booking partner of the operators it sells.
Cancelling your booking
- Each listing shows its free-cancellation window before you pay. Dinner cruises: free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
- Inside the free window: the amount you paid online is refunded in full.
- Pay-₹100-now bookings cancelled later than the free window: only the ₹100 per person is kept. Nothing more is owed, because the rest was due at the venue.
- To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email with your booking code.
If the operator cancels
- If a sailing or activity is cancelled by the operator — weather, river conditions, safety or an operational reason — you choose a full refund of what you paid online, or a free move to another date or boat.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to the original UPI or card and reach you within 5–7 working days.
- No-shows without cancelling are treated as late cancellations.

What is GoaWala's cancellation policy?
Free cancellation within each listing's window (24 hours before departure for dinner cruises), with the online payment refunded in 5–7 working days. Later than that, only the ₹100 per person advance is kept on pay-at-the-venue bookings. If the operator cancels, you choose a full refund or a free new date.
How long do refunds take?
